Rental Policy

Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. If there is any sign or evidence of smoking, a cleaning fee will be charged.

City Miles vehicles may be operated within the State of Georgia for uses specifically approved in the rental agreement. Vehicles are expected to operate primarily within the Atlanta metropolitan area. Travel outside Georgia requires advance written approval from City Miles Rental. Vehicles may not be taken outside the continental United States.

The vehicle may only be used for the purposes specifically approved in the renter's signed agreement. Approved uses may include personal transportation, commuting, rideshare or delivery. Platform eligibility and permitted use vary by vehicle and must be confirmed before the rental begins.

The vehicle must be returned to the exact location from which it was picked up. No exceptions.

Return the vehicle with the fuel gauge at the same level and the vehicle cleaned in the same condition as when it was first rented to you.

No working on or replacing any parts of the vehicle is allowed. Contact us immediately if any mechanical issues arise and we will provide assistance.

Please ensure the card you use is registered under your name. Processing payment with a card that is not under your name is strictly prohibited.

Ensure that your payments are made on time to avoid late fees. Delayed payments may result in the termination of your rental agreement and reallocation of the vehicle to another renter.

If involved in an accident, obtain the other party's license plate number, driver's license information, and insurance details. Stop safely and call 911 when appropriate, obtain medical assistance, photograph the scene when safe, and file the required police report. Then notify City Miles Rental immediately, along with the applicable platform and insurer as required.

Notify City Miles Rental immediately if an accident occurs and file a police report at the scene. Provide complete and truthful information to law enforcement, City Miles Rental, the applicable rideshare or delivery platform, and all insurers. Do not admit fault or make statements about coverage. Follow the accident-reporting instructions in your rental agreement.

Always sign your rental agreement in the same way you sign your Driver's License. Do not use initials or abbreviated signatures.
