Can I use the vehicle for Uber or Lyft?
Yes. We offer vehicles specifically approved for rideshare use. Eligibility depends on the platform's vehicle requirements (age, doors, condition) and your driver account status — we confirm this before your rental is finalized.
Can I use the vehicle for DoorDash or other delivery apps?
Yes. Our delivery-eligible vehicles work with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and similar platforms. Any vehicle- or mileage-based restrictions specific to a delivery app will be noted before you accept the rental.
Do you check credit?
No traditional credit check is required to apply. We do verify your driver's license, identity, and ability to make weekly payments as part of the approval process.
How much does it cost?
Weekly rentals start at $300 depending on vehicle type. Your weekly rate includes the required coverage, maintenance, and unlimited mileage within Georgia for approved use, subject to scheduled maintenance and the signed rental agreement — no hidden add-ons. Exact pricing for each vehicle is shown before you apply.
How long can I keep the vehicle?
Our minimum rental term is 7 days, and you can continue renting weekly for as long as you need — there's no fixed end date. Long-term and frequent renters qualify for loyalty discounts through the City Miler program.
What happens if the vehicle has a mechanical problem?
Contact our support line right away. Maintenance is covered under your rental — we'll work to get the issue resolved quickly and minimize downtime so you can get back on the road.
Is insurance included?
Required coverage is included in the displayed weekly rate for approved renters. Eligibility, deductible, exclusions, and rideshare or delivery coverage will be disclosed before the agreement is signed.
Is there a security deposit?
Most approved renters do not need a security deposit. If a refundable deposit applies to your rental, it will be disclosed after approval and before signing.
